It's not easy tackling toddler sleep... it's actually a whole new ball game
When your (not so) little and fast-growing toddler keeps waking up, refusing naps or needing 7 books, 3 toilet trips, a sandwich and for you to lay there until they fall asleep… it can be one of the hardest things to tackle (IFYKYK).
I’ve put this program together to be no-fluff and as practical as possible to understand how to support your toddler’s new-found emotions and get on top of sleep for the whole fam.
Topics covered in your toddler's mini sleep program include:
- Approaches and methods to support your toddler to fall asleep independently without cry-it-out (we're all about nurture & support around here!)
- Troubleshooting for timing and adjusting naps and bedtimes
- Strategies for navigating naps whether you're at home or on the go
- Steps on how to prevent bedtime battles and ensure a smooth drift off to sleep
- Guidance and tips on toddler sleep schedules, wind-down routines and cutting out all naps completely (when the time is right), how to introduce quiet time and what the actual fluffin' fluff do you do?
- Tips for handling short naps, early rises and false starts - stat!
- The 101 on your child's new age and stage, how it impacts their sleep, and what to do if sleep takes a turn. Such as bedtime refusal, night weaning, fears, adding a newbie to the fam, transitioning out of the cot, dropping naps and separation anxiety.

I'm so grateful for finding you! Thank you for teaching me and my beautiful little girl how to balance each other and work together so we BOTH sleep better, and how to make feeding-to-sleep at night work for us. I'll never forget the kindness you've shown us through this whole process especially during the tougher emotional moments ❤️

Thank you so much for the sign off! As I said above I'm feeling really confident now, so much calmer and more in control. The way you've designed your offering is fab - the easy access to you makes all the difference 🙏🏼☺️❤️

I think it's safe to say Archie is a pro at sleeping now!
He regularly pulls all-nighters and his naps are on point.
We went away last week weekend for my sisters wedding. We were able to have a 'dark' room and white noise was limited but he still napped and slept all night!

Just wanted to say thank you!! I purchased your routine for newborns and sleep has improved so much already.
I have been using your little tips you post on insta and sleep was still not that great but since adding in that little extra feed before nap time has helped, especially when my 10week old is a massive chunker haha. Instead of a 2.5 hour stretch at bed time we are getting a 4 hour stretch from 7-11pm and naps are lasting over an hour instead of 45mins!
Again thank you!! Xxx
